Manconi is specialized in the manufacturing of professional meat slicers. Founded in 1958 by a tenacious group of artisans, our business has always been focused on the quality of products and customer service.
Our diverse lines of slicer have been developed throughout decades to give us the opportunity of following the evolution of the national and international market while focusing on the fast-growing demands of the end users. We are especially well-established abroad, where more than 50% of our professional slicer are dispatched.
Our production cycle comprises:
- the selection of the finest materials, suitable for food direct contact;
- the design of the machine, based on the customer specifications;
- the customization of the chosen model;
- the production of the device;
- the final controls on the end product to assess safety, hygienic and quality standards;
- the after-sales service to maintain the device performance at all times and promptly solves any troubleshooting problems.
Currently, our range of slicers can cater the needs of supermarket chains, the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, GDO and butcher shops, keeping intact our commitment to pursue Made in Italy excellence.
